1 Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Khadamat mobile application and explains how the app handles information required to provide its cleaning, organization, backup, and device-information features.

Khadamat is designed as a device-utility app. Its core features work with information that already exists on your phone, such as contacts and media, only after you grant the relevant operating-system permission.

2 Information Khadamat May Access

Depending on the service you choose and the permissions you grant, Khadamat may access the following information on your device:

Khadamat does not require you to create an account to use these local cleaning features.

3 Device Permissions

Khadamat requests only permissions that are relevant to the feature you choose to use. The exact permission names and behavior may differ between iOS and Android.

You may refuse a permission. If you do so, the related feature may not work, but other features that do not require that permission can remain available.

4 Local Processing

Khadamat is designed so that the core analysis used for contact cleaning, incomplete-contact classification, duplicate/similar-photo analysis, screenshot review, video review, and large-photo review occurs locally on the device.

The app does not operate a developer-controlled server for uploading your contact list, photo library, screenshots, or videos as part of these cleaning features.

Some operating-system services may use cloud-backed content that you already maintain with Apple, Google, or another provider. For example, an item in iCloud Photos or a synced Android media library may be retrieved by the operating system when you access it. That behavior is controlled by the operating system or your chosen cloud provider, not by Khadamat.

5 Local Contact Backup

Khadamat can create a contact backup file (for example, a VCF/vCard file) when you explicitly request this feature. The backup is created locally on your device.

After creation, you may choose to save or share the backup using the operating system's share sheet or another app. Once you choose an external destination, that destination's privacy practices apply.

Khadamat does not currently provide a Khadamat Cloud Backup service for your contacts, photos, or videos.

6 Deletion & Cleanup Actions

Some Khadamat features allow you to delete contacts, photos, screenshots, or videos. These actions occur only after you select or confirm the relevant action.

Where supported by the operating system, an additional system confirmation may appear before the deletion is finalized.

Deletion may be permanent or may move an item to a system-managed recently deleted/trash area, depending on your operating system and account settings. Khadamat does not control how long an operating system or cloud provider retains deleted items.

7 External Apps, WhatsApp & Email

Khadamat includes optional links that let you contact the developer through WhatsApp or email. These actions occur only when you choose them.

Opening WhatsApp, an email application, a web browser, or another share destination takes you outside Khadamat. Any information you choose to send is then handled according to the privacy policy of that external service.

Khadamat does not automatically send your contacts, photos, videos, or scan results to the developer when you open a support channel.

8 Data Retention

Khadamat does not maintain a developer-hosted database containing your contact list, photos, screenshots, videos, or local scan results for the cleaning features described in this policy.

Local preferences, such as whether you have acknowledged the introductory privacy screen or selected a language, may be stored on your device using standard operating-system storage. These settings may remain until the app is removed or the app's local data is cleared.

Backup files you create or items you share are retained according to the location or service you choose.

9 Security

We design Khadamat to minimize unnecessary data movement and to rely on platform permission controls. However, no software environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for reviewing items before performing permanent cleanup actions.

10 Children's Privacy

Khadamat is a general-purpose device utility and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly use the app to collect personal information from children through a developer-operated online account or cloud service.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent information to the developer through an external support channel, please contact us using the details below.

11 Your Choices & Controls

• You can grant or revoke Contacts and Photos/Media permissions through your device settings.
• You can choose which contacts or media items to review and delete.
• You can choose whether to create or share a local contacts backup.
• You can choose whether to contact the developer through WhatsApp or email.
• You can uninstall Khadamat and clear locally stored app settings according to your operating system.

12 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Khadamat changes, when operating-system requirements change, or when store policies require additional disclosure. The updated policy will show a revised effective date.

If a future version introduces material changes to data handling, we will update this policy accordingly before or when those changes become available.
